This site provides physical fitness activities for you to discuss with your physician. The techniques, procedures, and suggestions contained here are not a substitute for consulting with your physician and should only be used as part of planning your development of an overall health and fitness plan with your physician. All matters regarding your health require medical supervision.
The information provided on this site is for educational purposes only. I am not a physician, and the information is not meant to be taken as medical advice. The information provided on this site is based upon my own experiences as well as my own interpretations of the current research that is available. The advice and tips given on this site are meant for healthy children, ages six and older. If you have any health issues or pre-existing conditions, please consult your physician before implementing any of the information provided. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All subscriptions are renewed automatically until canceled. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time (after the initial six-month contract). Subscriptions must be canceled 10 days prior to the renewal date in order to end subscription charges.
Non-Subscribers are billed one upfront, one-time payment. Non-subscribers have access to the videos for one year from the date of purchase. After the one-year time period, simply re-join as a subscriber (with no minimum monthly fee for those who were previous non-subscribers).
Curriculum Plan. Curriculums are paid upfront, one-time payment for one-year access to videos. Curriculum Plans will automatically renew at the reduced renewal rate. If you do not want your plan to renew, you must contact The Great Flip 10 days prior to renewal to cancel the plan.

Parental or Guardian Permission
