This site provides physical fitness activities for you to discuss with your physician. The techniques, procedures, and suggestions contained here are not a substitute for consulting with your physician and should only be used as part of planning your development of an overall health and fitness plan with your physician. All matters regarding your health require medical supervision.

The information provided on this site is for educational purposes only. I am not a physician, and the information is not meant to be taken as medical advice. The information provided on this site is based upon my own experiences as well as my own interpretations of the current research that is available. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Program’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
  • Refunds are available only if less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content has been accessed.
  • No prorated refunds or partial credits are issued.

Parental or Guardian Permission

Terms and Conditions for Education Savings Account (ESA) Class Wallet Users

Effective Date: IMMEDIATELY


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and use of The Great Flip Self-Defense online educational program (“Program”). By purchasing or accessing the Program, the purchaser (“Parent/Guardian”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Program Description

The Program provides online, semester-based self-defense and life-skills instruction designed for families. Access is provided digitally and is intended for educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

Enrollment is limited to parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and their dependent student(s) residing in the same household.

A dependent student is defined as a child legally claimed as a dependent by the purchasing parent or legal guardian and residing at the same primary residence.

3. Family License & Household Use

  • Enrollment is sold as a single-family license for one academic semester.
  • The family license is non-transferable and may only be used by members of the purchasing household.
  • A household is defined as the purchasing parent or legal guardian and their dependent children residing at the same primary residence.
  • Access may not be shared with individuals outside the household, including extended family members, co-ops, learning pods, or organizations.

4. Access & Use

  • Course access begins immediately upon purchase and remains available for the duration of the semester. (Education Savings Account / ClassWallet Users are eligible for “semester” Educational usage).
  • The Program is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
  • Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of content is prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

6. ESA / EFA Purchases (ClassWallet)

  • Purchases made using Education Savings Account (ESA) or Education Freedom Account (EFA) funds must comply with all applicable state program rules and ClassWallet policies.
  • Approved refunds will be processed only through ClassWallet.

7. Technical Issues

Vimeo.com is responsible for the technical issues in accessing video courses. Please use their technology services.


8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Program includes physical activity. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether the Program is appropriate for their dependent student(s). The Great Flip Self-Defense is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation. By purchasing The Great Flip educational program, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of The Great Flip LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated without refund for misuse of the Program, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized sharing of content.

11. Modifications

The Great Flip LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Great Flip LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

ESA Class Wallet Refund Policy

Refund Policy for The Great Flip LLC Self-Defense Educational Program for ESA ClassWallet Users

Effective Date: IMMEDIATELY

The Great Flip LLC offers online, semester-based educational services for self-defense to ESA Class Wallet families. This refund policy applies to all purchases, including those made using an Education Savings Account (ESA) through ClassWallet.

Enrollment, Access & License

  • Enrollment is sold as a single-family license and provides access for one academic semester. The Great Flip will extend flexibility to those who make mid-semester purchases to include five months of access.
  • The family license is non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, resold, or distributed outside of the purchasing household.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
  • Refunds are available only if less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content has been accessed.
  • After seven (7) days, or once twenty-five percent (25%) of the content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

No Proration

  • No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for any reason.
  • Refunds are not calculated based on usage, time remaining in the semester, or level of participation.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All digital content, streaming lessons, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.
  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Partially used or completed semesters
    • Unused access time
    • Missed lessons
    • Voluntary withdrawal from the program
  • Household Definition
  • Household is defined as the purchasing parent or legal guardian and their dependent children residing at the same primary residence.

ESA / EFA Purchases (ClassWallet)

  • All ESA and EFA purchases are subject to state program requirements and ClassWallet policies.
  • Approved refunds will be returned only to the original ClassWallet account.
  • No cash refunds, account credits, or transfers will be issued for ESA/EFA purchases.

Technical Issues

  • Vimeo is the host of the online program. All technical issues must be resolved through Vimeo.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include the purchaser’s name and date of purchase.
